Cash Collections: Efficiently manage and track cash collections from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a mediator between the Finance and Sales teams, facilitating smooth communication, and collaborating to achieve organizational goals.
Basic IT Functions: Utilize basic IT tools and software to manage and update customer records, track sales activities, and generate relevant reports.
Problem Solving: Analyze challenges that arise in sales operations and devise effective solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Dispute Resolution: Address customer complaints and disputes diplomatically and timely, finding resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction and business integrity.
Skills You’ll Need
Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate/ fresh graduate: Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, management, or a related field.
Basic Finance and Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with basic finance concepts and operational processes will be an added advantage (E.g. -AAT certification).
Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English will be an added advantage.(to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.)
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication both internally and externally.
Customer Relations Experience: Previous exposure to customer relations or customer service roles is advantageous, showcasing the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
